2G Neutral Alcohol
Second-generation neutral alcohol is produced by fermenting cellulosic sugars from agricultural by-products (wheat straw, corn stover, bagasse) rather than primary food commodities. The resulting alcohol is then rectified to food-grade ENA specification. It delivers strong sustainability credentials — qualifying as an advanced biofuel under RED II — while meeting the same purity requirements as conventional ENA.
