Cachaça
Cachaça is Brazil's national spirit, produced exclusively from fermented fresh sugarcane juice. Unlike rum, it must be produced in Brazil and cannot be made from molasses. We source directly from Brazilian producers ranging from artisanal alambique (pot still) distilleries to large industrial column still operations, offering silver, aged and premium aged expressions.
